Periodically, some of these carriers also provide us with supplemental income, known as contingency payments or overrides, based on factors such as volume, growth, and profitability. This supplemental income represents a very small portion of our overall revenue and is not client specific. The proceeds go directly toward supporting the resources we offer to our clients and in no way affect the products or rates we provide.
